ioby Design Competition Announcement
Illustrate your vision of NYC urban environmentalism for ioby. Here on ioby.org groups describe local environmental projects in need of funding and volunteer support, and New Yorkers can click to donate or volunteer to get involved.
The winner’s work will be featured on ioby.org and used as the image on locally produced thank-you cards sent by project groups to ioby micro-donors; the cards will feature a short artist biography. Your photograph, drawing, illustration, or mixed media piece can capture any aspect of environmental action in the city that upsets, inspires, or moves you.
Submit your vision of urban environmentalism by midnight Sunday, June 14 by emailing it to info@ioby.org or mailing to ioby, 232 E. 11th Street, New York NY 10003. Specs: 3” x 5”. Electronic submissions should be 300 dpi TIFF files. Please use a service like sendspace.com or yousendit.com if your file is too big to email and notify us that you’re doing so.
