Drought-tolerant sedum species on the green roof at new Cook + Fox workspace.

Yesterday we left our incredible nonprofit incubator space at the Neighborhood Preservation Center for a new office space to accommodate our growing team. We will miss our friends and family at NPC like Green Guerillas and the Bronx and Manhattan Land Trusts. NPC is a wonderful, cozy home on East 11th Street between 2nd and 3rd avenues in the East Village and you can find out more about how to apply to their incubation program here.

ioby's workspace is now generously hosted by Cook + Fox Architects and Terrapin Bright Green (the guys who brought you One Bryant Park) in their LEED-certified green building at 641 Avenue of the Americas. The office is the penthouse of the former Simpson, Crawford, Simpson department store in the historic Ladies' Mile District and the first project to receive LEED-CI Platinum certification from the U.S. Green Building Council in New York State.

Having trouble reaching ioby lately? We're sorry about that. It's taking us a day or two to get settled, and we'll do our best to get back to you as quickly as we can. Feel free to email us at info@ioby.org, call us at our new number (917) 464-4515, or write us at the following address.
