Noelle Ito is the Vice President of Programs at AAPIP (Asian Americans/Pacific Islanders in Philanthropy), a national membership and philanthropic advocacy organization that expands and mobilizes resources for Asian American/Pacific Islander (AAPI) communities to build a more just and equitable society.  In her current role, Noelle coordinates and connects AAPIP’s diverse incubation, research and community philanthropy program areas to maximize shared learning and increase overall program impact.  Prior to her current role, Noelle launched and led AAPIP’s National Giving Circle Campaign to create a network of 50 giving circles to engage individuals in building democratic philanthropy.
Noelle has extensive experience in donor relations, having worked in several non-profit organizations from Washington DC to Los Angeles.  Prior to joining AAPIP Noelle was the Director of Donor Relations for BronxWorks, in New York City. She has also served as the Director of Development for the Little Tokyo Service Center in Los Angeles.
Noelle received her MBA in Nonprofit Management from the American Jewish University and BA from the George Washington University in Human Services.
