The Partnerships for Parks Matching Grant Challenge 2016 will challenge these NYC parks teams to raise funds via their ioby crowdfunding campaign to unlock grant funds from Partnerships for Parks. Each team has been allocated $250 - $1000 in matching grant funds for their project.
How does it work?
When a donation is made to one of these ioby campaigns a matching grant donation is also made* to their ioby campaign instantly. From now through Jan. 15th your donation will make an even bigger impact in your local park.
For example:
A $10 gift automatically** turns into $20
A $100 gift turns automatically** into $200
And a $300 gift turns automatically** turns into $550
*Donations will be matched up to the first $250 per donation. For example, if you give $300 only the first $250 will be matched. **Donations will be matched for each campaign until that campaign has unlocked their full match challenge award (varies per team from $250-$1000). After the match has been unlocked donations will not double.
