Civic Capacity Building Conversations 
Submit your nomination for the Miami Backyard Blazers Awards: those among us who have blazed the path in Miami with their community, culture and environment serving projects. Those whose work which has laid the groundwork for the burgeoning renaissance of civic activity that Miami is now enjoying. Awardees will be featured in ongoing capacity building programming and act as resources to incoming project leaders.

What was your lightbulb moment? That moment when the bigger picture of something dawned on you and spurred you to take action? Tell us in 1200 words or less, here, for a chance to tell your story, live, on stage.

An all-day open studio at our Table, hosting ongoing citizen-led conversations on struggles and successes of making changing in Miami.
Don’t miss the civic asset mapping exercise - add your abilities and ideas to our wall map of goodwill and we will map it into our burgeoning network in preparation for future changemaking.
Philanthrofest provides the perfect setting, convening the myriad social change agents and bringing out interested residents.
