Funding for our Apprenticeship Program will be for strategic investment for the future. Our Program will provide hands-on experience, skill development and industry knowledge that contributes directly to long term career growth. We will offer young people in under-resourced communities an opportunity to learn from professionals in fields, builds a strong network and gain practical skills. We will use these funds for an apprenticeship by enhancing expertise and increasing employability and positing for long term success in the chosen career path with a specific focus on BIPOC youth and young people with economic barriers.
October 2023-May 2023: 20 Participants will begin a ten-week Pre-Apprenticeship training
Our Apprenticeship Program has the incredible potential to address pressing social, economic and environmental challenges within the City Cincinnati. By providing hands-on training and mentorship, apprenticeships empower individuals to develop the skills and expertise needed to tackle these issues head-on. The motivation and passion of participants shines through as they become catalysts for positive change. Whether it's training future green energy technicians to combat environmental problems or empowering underserved communities with job opportunities through apprenticeship, our project becomes a powerful tool for transformation, driven by the dedication and fervor of those involved.
