the project
To construct a beehive in the Narrows Botanical Gardens to pollinate the garden, and to educate the general public about beehives and the impact bees have on the environment.
the steps
"1. Ordering a hive. 2. Constructing a hive. 3. Installing bees in the hive. 4. Extract honey from the hive. 5. Continual care & maintenance of the hive."
why we're doing it
Bees pollinate flowers within a three mile radius of the hive. They will assist in pollination of vegetable & flowering fruit trees for humans and increase seed production for birds & animals to eat.
