We’re a small community and the kids have never had a Christmas Party. I want to do something special for our community’s kids, and so we’re throwing a community Christmas Party to gifts to everyone.
This is critical because these kids have never had something like this where every kid receives a toy. Every time we do something at Hay’s Manor, the kids are outside and come over. We’re gathering for Christmas time to give back to the kids.

The Christmas Party will be December 14th, 12noon-4pm at Hays Manor Community Room.
why we're doing it
We want to have this Christmas Party every year. The first one last year we used our own money for gifts for the community’s kids. This year we want it to be bigger because the kids look forward to it every year.

Disbursed Budget:
All funds will be used to purchase toys for the children's Christmas gifts, and a hot dinner for families at the Christmas Party. 70% for toys for the children and 30% for food.
