the project
We are working to recycle ink and toner to keep them out of the landfill and put them back into useful service. There are many toxic chemicals in them and we are working to eliminate putting them into the waste stream.
the steps
Volunteers will collect empty ink and toner cartridges from friends and family members. We will also collect them at local civic meetings and events and from other meetings that our volunteers attend.
why we're doing it
We will be keeping ink and toner cartridges from going into the garbage and recycling them to reduce waste in our communities.
