Hello All,

My name is Eric Nelson and I am the Athletic Director at Bishop Seabury Academy. This year I am pleased to announce the hiring of Jon Raney as head coach of our varsity boys basketball team. Coach Raney replaces the retiring Ashley Battles, who led the Seahawks for the past 8 years. 

Coach Raney, like Coach Battles before him, has asked for a shot training machine called a Shootaway Gun. This training machine can be found in nearly every regional high school and university. I am committed to doing as much as possible to ensure that our coaches and players have the tools that allow them to compete at the highest possible level. With that being said, I am starting this page hoping to raise enough money to finally purchase this piece of equipment that will help us to compete with other schools on a level playing field. This expenditure lies outside the capability of what the basketball operating budget can support. 

Any money raised will be put toward a Shootaway Gun 8000 that will be available to both boys and girls teams in Junior High and High School.
