Mrs. Pruitt's Gourmet CHA CHA is a family recipe dating back to the early 1830's. We are quite unique in that CHA CHA is made with green tomatoes and cabbage and our special blend of herbal seasonings. Year after year CHA CHA has been made from harvesting fresh vegetables from family farms and gardens. It's a relish, condiment, sauce and can be used as a spread or garnish. Mrs. Pruitt's Gourmet CHA CHA is value added and we believe that sustainability is grounded in an awareness of how food is produced. We source from local farmers that grow ingredients in our product. We sell at Eastern Market (all year round) and at various retailers. It is gluten free and most important a Product of Detroit!
the steps
We need equipment to display, demo and maintain the highest quality in accordance with farmers market sanitation and food safety plan measures. Once funds are raised we will purchase covered display tent, equipment used to serve and demo our product; signage- retractible and custom banners; a cart to transport equipment and water station equipment for hand washing.

So that everyone can enjoy our delicious product and most important to maintain safety and sanitation practices at the farmers market.
