the project
Our project is a biweekly public exercise event encouraging families to do regular physical activities.
the steps
HCRC will canvas our service area, send written invites to the events and hold community forums regading the importance of excercise.
why we're doing it
The project will begin in the fall and will be ongoing throughout the spring and summer months. HCRC will help the families within the community to combat health conditions, control weight, improve overall moods and boost the energy level of the residents and their families.
