Discovery All Stars!

Discovery All Stars is a nonprofit that provides year-round socialization and recreational activities that build self-esteem and teaches a healthy lifestyle and job skills for people with disabilities including mental health. Today’s tough economic conditions make it difficult for our program to meet those needs and to provide a safe space without donations.

For our project we will host a zoom talent show and giveaway. Individuals who donate will be automatically entered into our give away. The zoom talent show will feature some of our All Stars! But we will also be accepting admissions from the community. The zoom talent show will be limited to 15 participants with two-minute time slots. The zoom itself will be limited to 25 guests. Our give away will be announced at the end of the zoom and is welcome to all participants who donate, even if you don’t attend the zoom event. Our prizes will include prizes such as Sacramento Kings Gear, gift cards, echo dot by Amazon.

Our program is asking you to be a part of the Discovery All Stars family and donate! Donations will go to facilities and storage fees, transportation, zoom workshops, and our community garden. 
 

We did not meet our goal of 30,000 and decided to extend our project to June in hopes of reaching our goal. Sorry for any inconvenience let’s go All Stars!

Discovery All Stars provide inclusive programs for individuals with disabilities. We provide a safe space for individuals. We are hoping to extend that safe space and open our own facility one day. Our programs include healthy lifestyles, fun, education, lifelong bonds and so much more. Being able to enrich lives in our community for those that don’t have a voice is the reason why we do it.
