What I hope to accomplish from this project is to help establish those who were formerly incarcerated, gain strong educational and career objectives, so that they may become fruitful and law abiding citizens.

why we're doing it
As a younger sister who was raised with my brothers being incarcerated, I understand the impact that it can have on the family dynamic. My passion for wanting to help others grew from those who were coming home after being incarcerated. When realizing that there wasn’t a lot of help or resources to aid them get back into society so they can better help themselves and make the change they desire to have.

Raising Hands is seeking to raise $1,000,000 into its Organization.These funds will be used to secure property, cover administrative costs and used for acquiring and paying of staff. This fund will also utilize its working capital to maintain organizational operations.
