We are going to cleanup and beautify our local Veterans Monument located on Sunrise Hwy in Rosedale, Queens. Colorful flowers will be planted and mulch put down to enhance the space. We will also prune trees and bushes at site
the steps
We will first remove all litter and debris. Then remove all dead plants and prune trees and bushes. Then we will plant flowers and seeds and finally put down mulch and then water, all in time for the Memorial Day Services.
why we're doing it
More plants help produce more oxygen and we want to beautify the space to improve the quality of life in the community.
