Through interesting art classes and education of types of art, eras, and artists, we intend to serve and supply families of our community with an opportunity to bond, express together through visuals, create, learn and have fun with art. These classes are designed for whole families of all ages, as well as individuals, to engage and enjoy. Our goal is to provide meaningful activities and awesome learning experiences!

why we're doing it
Our organization, "Aayden's PLAYce", supports children of incarcerated parents, and other at-risk families. Families are still struggling with the long-term effects of COVID-19, including increased isolation, financial and emotional stress, and sadness in many households. Not to mention, the shortened educational year children faced. With ART IS AMAZING, families are able to cure some of the isolation, have fun learning about art history, eras and artists; even make their own history together! We aim to curb some of the learning losses children suffered. Our goal is to inspire families in the community to use this project as a welcome distraction to the long-term effects of the pandemic. We want to encourage parents to take on this class with their children, grandchildren, siblings, THEIR parents, etc., and make it a memorable experience they all will be proud of every time someone mentions " ART"!
