With this project we inspire to bring the community HOPE, LOVE, and CREATIVENESS.
HOPE - we are going to bring hope by giving them a feeling of desire to look forward to our events, to trust us to make this moment memorable, to have the expectation of us bridging the gap between demographic differences, and hope to know we are here in times of need.
LOVE - we will show love by embracing diversity, being passionate about what we do in our community, loving the smiles that will be planted on tiny faces, and showing genuine acts of kindness to pass along to others.
CREATIVENESS - we will express creativity through arts and crafts, giving them the power to be original, allowing their imaginations to run wild, showing them you can be creative through literacy, while all still being your true self.
This project is important to me because we are able to fill the voids of daily struggles, soothe unrelieved stress, highlight inner creativeness, and reduce the acute affects of poverty.
the steps
1. March 16, 2022 - We would ideally secure the venue.
2. March 17, 2022 - We would place the order for promotion, flyers, pamphlets, etc.
3. March 28, 2022 - We would ideally secure the entertainment and activities.
4. April 1, 2022 - Purchasing the arts & crafts, supplies, PPE, etc.
5. April 11, 2022 - Purchasing the food, healthy snacks, fresh produce, etc.
why we're doing it
Our project provides an outlet through arts and literacy and allows them to be constructive in working together as a family whether its traditional, blended, or non related. We will communicate and socialize through group activities and giving one another helping hands. This project brings together a conglomeration of people who are economically or demographically diverse. The materials we will be utilizing are environmentally safe and secure.
